Laura’s recruiting career started in 1999 when she took a chance and answered an ad in her local newspaper. Following her intuition, she landed her first recruiting position with one of the pioneer legal search firms, and under the mentorship of its founders, became a pioneer in her own rite.

The recruiting industry has changed significantly since the days of newspaper ads, but Laura’s instincts and the core tenets of her approach remain the same: Integrity, candor, and an unrelenting drive to find the perfect fit for her clients.

Laura’s recruiting experience spans everything from corporate and law firm attorney placements to senior leadership in the professional services and non-profit organizations. Still, her sweet spot remains the recruitment of administrative leadership for national and international law firms. Laura’s rare, sincere passion for this niche area has allowed her to create long-standing relationships with law firm leadership and enhance her solid understanding of regional and national markets. She possesses a genuine enthusiasm for pairing the perfect candidate with the right firm and the right culture, and she has spent two decades honing and perfecting a proven track record of recruiting process. Her mission is to fill the C-suite with super star talent that enhances the firm’s brand and allows management to focus on their mission – profitability.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Armstrong State University in Savannah, Georgia, where she began building a foundation of understanding organizational behavior and relationships and discovered her zeal for research.

Kait Silberman

Executive Director, Business Development & Operations

Kait Silberman leads SuiteSpot Talent’s business development and operations strategy, bringing more than seven years of experience in client engagement and strategic growth leadership. Her career began in Washington, D.C., where she joined Gartner and partnered with C-suite leaders across HR, Legal & Compliance, and Audit & Risk functions. In this role, she worked hand-in-hand with executives to solve their most pressing organizational challenges and uncover opportunities for transformation. Her ability to translate big-picture strategy into practical solutions quickly became a hallmark of her approach.

Kait’s expertise spans both public and private sector clients, giving her a broad perspective on how organizations operate and thrive across industries. This versatility informs her work at SuiteSpot, where she is responsible for expanding the firm’s client partnerships while strengthening internal processes to support long-term growth. She is passionate about ensuring that SuiteSpot delivers not only exceptional recruiting results but also a seamless and positive client experience from start to finish.

A graduate of George Washington University (BA in Business Administration, Class of 2017), Kait recently relocated from Washington, D.C. to Dallas. She continues to bring an energetic and client-first mindset to every engagement, guided by her belief that the right talent strategy can unlock both organizational performance and culture.
